Peanut Coffee

Fans of peanut butter will like this hot Kahlua drink with a coffee flavor. It’s rich and filling up, like a delicious dessert.

Ingredients

1½ measures / 6 tea-spoon Kahlua
3 measures / 4½ table-spoon. full-cream (whole) milk
30ml / 2 table-spoon vanilla ice-cream
10ml / 2 tea-spoon smooth peanut butter
3 measures / 4½ table-spoon 7-Up

Procedure

Put all however the last component into the mixer with smashed ice, and mix. Pour right into a cocktail cup, and add the 7-Up cold drink. Mix once more.
